PAD's response to the proposed lease of ACDC to Fulton County

PAD opposes the proposal to expand the Fulton County jail through a lease of the Atlanta City Detention Center and urges the City of Atlanta and Fulton County to advance solutions that will immediately address jail overcrowding without undermining our collective efforts to transform our local criminal justice system.
